That quote from the 2017 Global Leadership Summit was one I immediately wrote down, underlined 3 times, and added an exclamation mark. In one easy to remember phrase, Sheryl Sandberg of Facebook gave Summit leaders a breakthrough way to look at building a team.
And the best part? That was just one of dozens of leadership gems that were provided by speakers at this year’s Summit.
What I have compiled is not a “Top 10” list, nor a “Best of…” list. These are simply my favorite quotes from this year’s Summit. These are the sound bites that resonated with me in an immediate, and profound way. These are the quotes I’ll be reviewing and thinking about for weeks, months, and in some cases years to come.
I hope they speak to your own leadership too.
